Depending on size, delivery within Germany is arranged as an insured parcel, oversized shipment or freight service.

When the format can be sent as an insured parcel, the delivery charge often starts at around €40. The required standard packaging is already included in the artwork price.
Large formats
Oversized or freight delivery
For large or particularly delicate works, I assess the safest transport individually. Special packaging and transport are listed separately before acceptance.

Sales and delivery are currently limited to addresses within Germany.
Delivery time & tracking
You will know when your work begins its journey.
Once payment has arrived, the finished original is prepared for delivery. You receive a dispatch confirmation and, where provided by the carrier, tracking information.
If something happens in transit
Please document any visible damage.
Photograph the parcel before opening it, followed by the packaging and the artwork. Contact VEEM Atelier as soon as possible so the case can be assessed with the carrier.
