Germany
Regular delivery available
Within Germany, delivery is arranged as an insured parcel, oversized shipment or freight service, depending on the format. Regular parcel delivery often starts at around €40.
Selected international destinations
Subject to an individual review
Delivery outside Germany may be possible on request. Before confirming it, I review the destination, artwork dimensions, shipping cost and applicable customs and packaging requirements.
Collection or personal handover
Within Germany by arrangement
Personal collection or handover within Germany may be arranged individually. The meeting point and time are confirmed in writing beforehand.
Delivery time & tracking
You will know when your work begins its journey.
Once payment has arrived, the finished original is prepared for delivery. You receive a dispatch confirmation and, where provided by the carrier, tracking information.
If something happens in transit
Please document any visible damage.
Photograph the parcel before opening it, followed by the packaging and the artwork. Contact VEEM Atelier as soon as possible so the case can be assessed with the carrier.
