Yes. Every work offered is a one-of-a-kind original painted by hand. It is signed by Elif and accompanied by a signed certificate of authenticity.
The current collection consists exclusively of finished original works. Every enquiry relates to a specific artwork shown on the website.
No. The enquiry is non-binding and creates neither a purchase contract nor an automatic reservation. VEEM Atelier first checks availability and delivery.
The canvases are stretched and generally arrive ready to hang. Any special details are listed on the individual artwork page.
A decorative frame is included only when stated explicitly in the artwork details. With finished edges approximately 4.5 cm deep, many works can be hung without an additional frame.
Offer, contract & payment
After the check, you receive a complete offer by email with the artwork price, shipping, expected delivery window, payment details and the legal information required for the purchase.
A contract is formed only when you expressly accept the personal offer. The earlier enquiry and VEEM Atelier’s review remain non-binding.
After you expressly accept the offer, you receive an invoice. Payment is made by bank transfer to the business account shown on the invoice.
The current legal texts are linked in the footer. The information that applies to your purchase is also supplied together with your personal offer in a form you can save.
Packaging & delivery
The actual delivery cost is added to the artwork price. Standard packaging for regular parcel delivery is included; special packaging is listed separately only when required.
The work is protected for its format and surface. Depending on its size, delivery within Germany is arranged as an insured parcel, oversized shipment or freight service.
No. Sales and delivery are currently limited to addresses within Germany.
Please photograph the outer parcel, all packaging material and the damage immediately, keep everything and contact VEEM Atelier as soon as possible.
